Please, for the love of God, forgive me for this lol. This is purely for fun

=PoulNyrup made a comment that Windows 3.11 reminded him of the good old days and thought a skin based on it would be cool. This is the result of me listening to him lol

Windows 3.11 never had a close button or a taskbar so I have created them as though they were originally with it and have tried to replicate every little quirk of an old OS for a new OS. It might look like a simple skin but this was actually quite challenging for some strange reason :omg:

I've even tried to make the preview in the same style.

This is the Windowblind for Windows XP. Vista version can be found here [link]

Who needs Aero, per pixel and png's, 16 bit retro revival FTW :lol:

I thought it was a joke when you announced this theme, but you made it. It looks really fantastic, he-he. I think, everyone should download this theme. Definitely, I will. :)
