This is a theme I started work on but never finished because I lost interest when I wouldn't be able to use it myself on Vista because of the way I designed the toolbar :-(

What you see is what you get so it's more than enough to get started on a fully working XP theme or even if you just want to play around as a newbie to skinning ;-)

Looks nifty! It could be WindowBlinds theme with a styler toolbar!
