Here it is. Finally official after so long :-) I'm concentrating on my own skins now but how could I not come out of semi port retirement for this theme :D

Great skin...
some problem though..texts in some right click menus are thinckened and so is not clear enough.
The arrows in some menus do not behave right during mouseover.
Lastly, where do I get the shellstyle as shown in your preview? and your TB don't skin IE.
